ICG Sponsors Ruby White’s Boxing Career

Integrity Communications Group (ICG) is delighted to announce our sponsorship of rising boxing talent Ruby White, who has recently been selected to represent England in women’s boxing.

Ruby trains with Sturminster Newton Amateur Boxing Club and has already demonstrated exceptional promise on the international stage. In 2024 she secured a gold medal in the Women’s Minimumweight at the World Boxing U19 Championships, a remarkable achievement and one of only a few by British fighters at that level. Her success is a testament to natural ability, relentless training and huge personal commitment.

Ruby’s typical week involves impressive, dedicated training. She trains at her local gym on Mondays and Tuesdays, then spends weekends at the England boxing camp training full days alongside the national squad. To support that schedule she balances full-time work as a window cleaner during the week — a demanding routine that underlines how much she sacrifices to chase her boxing ambitions.

“Excitement and nerves fill my mind on fight day, and I love it,” Ruby says. “The excitement comes from doing what I love, and the nerves show that I care. As my past wins have raised expectations, the pressure to win has grown, but I am willing to give it my all.”

ICG’s sponsorship will help Ruby access the best possible resources as she prepares for forthcoming competitions. The sponsorship will contribute towards boxing lessons, high-quality equipment and travel costs; practical support that makes a measurable difference for grassroots athletes moving onto the national and international stage. Ruby has told us the backing will also help her access specialist support such as nutrition and physiotherapy, ensuring she competes in peak condition.

Ruby is due to travel soon for her fourth European competition, this time stepping up a weight class with the aim of bringing home another European gold for England. We wish her every success and will be cheering her on every step of the way.
