ICG Sponsors Butleigh Cricket Team Captain

Integrity Print, a division of ICG (Integrity Communications Group), has been supporting the Butleigh Village cricket team in Somerset and have been the club’s main shirt sponsor for several years. We are pleased to announce that ICG is now providing individual sponsorship to Butleigh Cricket club captain, Sam Bilsborough.

Sam Bilsborough and Mark Cornford, CEO of ICG, have a long-standing connection through a shared interest in sheep farming.

As club captain and vice chairman of the Butleigh cricket team, Sam Bilsborough plays a pivotal role both on and off the field. Sam is determined to make a return to the cricket pitch this year, having overcome a ruptured Achilles tendon. In a new initiative by the club, players have been encouraged to secure individual sponsorships to cover their kit expenses. Sam has chosen ICG as his sponsor to cover raining and equipment costs.

Mark Cornford describes Sam as a “club legend” and a man of great personal integrity who shares the ICG values of trust, passion and excellence. ICG are proud to support him and look forward to seeing the ICG logo displayed on his cricket bat and helmet.

The cricket season kicks off for Sam and his team on Saturday, May 4th, with 18 league games scheduled. They are set to compete in the 2024 County cup tournament, culminating in the final at Somerset CCC in Taunton. Sam is optimistic about the club’s future this year, with a belief that the team is in excellent form and ready to excel on the field.
