ICG Once Again Sponsors Duathlon Racer Mark Willis

ICG (Integrity Communications Group) is delighted to renew our sponsorship of Mark Wills as he prepares to take on the World Sprint Duathlon Championships in Pontevedra, Spain, on Saturday 21st June 2025. Following his outstanding showing at last year’s European Sprint Duathlon Championships, we are proud to support Mark on this next, even more challenging stage of his duathlon journey.

Earlier this year, Mark clinched a qualifying time at the Thruxton Duathlon that earned him a coveted place on the GB Age Group Squad for the World Championships. Since February, he has been clocking up countless miles—whether pounding the pavements of Butleigh, Yeovil and Taunton or fitting in sessions wherever work commitments or taxiing the children allow. His disciplined training regime has involved early-morning runs, high-intensity bike workouts and back-to-back bricks, all driven by a singular goal: to represent GB with pride.

The Championship format in the Spanish heat will see Mark tackle a 5 km run, a 20 km bike and a final 3 km run. As a qualified athlete, he will compete in the official GB kit, which already bears the Integrity Print Limited logo from last year’s European Duathlon Championships—a visible reminder of the faith we have in his talent and determination.

This is Mark’s first opportunity at a World Championships, and he is acutely aware that the standard of competition will be unparalleled. His objectives are simple yet ambitious: “prepare well, race hard and do my absolute best. I also hope to enjoy every minute conscious that it could well be the only time I get such an opportunity”.
