ICG 2025 Round-Up

2025 ICG Roundup

As we approach the end of 2025, the team at Integrity Communications Group reflects on another busy and successful year for the Group, delivering strong performance against a backdrop of continued change and challenge across the communications and print industry.

Overall, the Group has reported a robust set of results, with positive progress across all divisions. Performance for the year has met, and in several areas exceeded, the financial targets set for 2025. This outcome reflects the resilience of the Group’s strategy and the continued diversification of its products and services.

This performance is particularly noteworthy given the ongoing pressures facing the industry, including rising costs, regulatory complexity, and the continued decline of traditional print volumes. The Group’s focus on investing in technology, expanding digital capabilities, and entering new market sectors has continued to deliver tangible results.

Success & Investments

Investment has remained a key priority throughout 2025, ensuring the Group continues to build capacity, efficiency, and capability across its operations.

Within the Communications Division, a £1m investment was completed in a new high-speed enclosing line to support growth in direct mail and regulated communications. Further investment of £500k is planned for early 2026 with the addition of a sheet-fed inkjet line, strengthening the Group’s ability to deliver high-quality, time-critical communications at scale.

Across the Labels Division, continued investment in digital print and finishing has supported strong growth, particularly within the food and drink sector. Sales in this division grew by nearly 20% during the year, driven by demand for high-impact label products. A further £1.2m investment has been approved for 2026 with the purchase of a new 11-colour press to support ongoing expansion.

The Group has also continued to invest in its people. A key appointment during the year was the recruitment of Richard Maunder as Sales Director, supporting both the Print and Integrity Connect divisions. Richard brings extensive experience and will play a central role in driving direct sales growth and supporting diversification into new market sectors.

Group Milestones in 2025

Several important milestones were achieved across the Group during 2025.

The Security Print Division continued to expand its international footprint, with export growth accelerating through new markets, including Libya and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Event ticketing also saw strong momentum, with a signature contract secured to support the Milan Winter Olympics.

Technology-led solutions continued to gain traction across the Group. Development teams delivered a number of innovative digital services, including an e-ticketing solution for a South West council, enabling residents to access local services via digital channels, and an online portal for Specsavers supporting the e-delivery of eye test vouchers to corporate clients.

The launch of digital membership cards compatible with mobile wallets further strengthened the Group’s offering to membership organisations, reinforcing ICG’s position as a provider of integrated physical and digital communications.

Operational collaboration across the Group was also enhanced through the development of a job management portal within the Security Print division that seamlessly integrates workflow systems and manufacturing capability between the West Bromwich and Midsomer Norton sites. The system enhances our intergroup business continuity platform, enabling work to be switched between sites to meet capacity demands and the achievement of Service Level Agreements.

Industry Developments

The market for customer communications continued to evolve throughout 2025. Clients increasingly require support in balancing regulatory obligations, cost pressures, and the shift toward digital communication channels, while still delivering a consistent and positive customer experience. The Group’s commitment to transforming communications was reflected in the award of the Number One position on the Procurement for Housing Framework for both the Digital Transformation and Mailing services Lots.

The Group’s ability to support digital transformation projects alongside traditional print services has become an increasingly important differentiator. Technology-enabled solutions, including e-delivery, digital portals, and hybrid mail, have continued to grow as clients look for resilience, agility, and security in their communications strategies.

The ability to adapt to changing client needs remains central to ICG’s philosophy, and the Group’s performance in 2025 reflects strong client confidence in this approach.

Client Success

Client retention remained a key focus throughout the year, with several long-standing clients renewing or extending their partnerships across multiple divisions.

The Group also secured a number of new clients during 2025, highlighting both the diversity of sectors supported and the geographic reach of the business. These wins spanned public sector, membership organisations, events, retail, and international security print, reinforcing the breadth of the Group’s capabilities. Highlights included two major new Housing Associations won through open tenders by the Communications division, and a significant operational print contract with DPD Logistics for the Print Division.

Accreditations & Governance

Operating in highly regulated environments, ICG continues to place significant emphasis on corporate governance, quality assurance, and compliance.

Throughout 2025, divisions across the Group maintained and renewed key accreditations, including ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, and ISO14001, supporting client confidence and reinforcing ICG’s reputation as a trusted partner for critical communications and secure products.

Company Initiatives & Community Support

Corporate Social Responsibility remains an important part of life across the Group. Throughout the year, companies within ICG supported a range of local community initiatives, charity partnerships, and events, reflecting the Group’s commitment to being a responsible and engaged employer.

Internally, continued focus has been placed on people development, culture, and well-being. The Group’s values of Trust, Passion, and Excellence continue to underpin day-to-day operations, supported by behaviours that exemplify courage, determination, unselfishness, and cheerfulness in the workplace.

Sustainability Progress

ICG remains committed to achieving Carbon Net Zero by 2035. During 2025, the Group continued to develop its annual Carbon Reduction Plan, measuring progress against Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.

There are many individual initiatives taking place to contribute towards the overall reduction, such as the decision to work with a Downstream Access provider to distribute all post through their biofuel initiative, saving over 2 tonnes of carbon every month.

Ongoing reviews of energy efficiency, alongside exploration of on-site solar generation, have formed part of this work. The continued shift toward digital and hybrid communication solutions is also contributing positively by reducing waste and reliance on traditional production methods.

Future Outlook

In summary, 2025 has been another strong year for Integrity Communications Group. Solid financial performance has enabled continued investment in people, technology, and infrastructure, while further diversifying the Group’s capabilities and market reach.

Looking ahead to 2026, the focus will remain on accelerating growth in technology-led solutions, expanding market share in labels and digital communications, and continuing to develop export opportunities within the Security Division.

Confident in its ability to adapt to ongoing industry change, the Group remains focused on delivering innovative, resilient solutions for its clients. The success of 2025 once again demonstrates the strength of ICG’s strategy and the dedication of its people, working together within a strong culture.
