Integrity Communications Group (ICG) is bringing Integrity Print and Integrity Connect together to trade under the Integrity Connect brand from 5th October 2026. This creates a single customer proposition offering print, personalisation, mailing, fulfilment and communication technology,
The move reflects how both businesses support customers today, while making it easier to access the full breadth of communications services.
One brand, one trusted partner
Integrity Print and Integrity Connect provide integrated end-to-end communications and print solutions for the whole customer journey. Together as Integrity Connect they are a trusted single partner for print, finishing, mailing, fulfilment or technology-led solutions.
The unified Integrity Connect business will continue to support organisations across financial services, local government, housing, utilities, healthcare, charities and retail, including those managing complex requirements around communication, security and compliance.
Richard Maunder, Sales & Marketing Director at Integrity Connect, said:
“Customers increasingly want one trusted partner that can support the complete communication journey, from print and personalisation through to mailing, fulfilment and wider communication solutions.
“Bringing Integrity Print and Integrity Connect together under the Integrity Connect brand makes that breadth of capability clearer and easier to access, while retaining the service, quality and reliability our customers expect.”
A Seamless experience for Customers
Operating as a single business ensures a seamless experience for customers, making it easy to access the full range of services through one single point of contact.
Importantly, customers will continue to benefit from the service, quality and reliability they have always received from both businesses.
The change builds on established working practices between the teams rather than changing the day-to-day operation on which customer relationships have been built.
Supporting ICG’s Continued Growth
The consolidation of the two brands into one team is part the ongoing customer growth strategy. The strategy recognises a simple reality: customers think in outcomes, not channels. By aligning the services and expertise of Integrity Print and Integrity Connect, organisations benefit from a seamless approach to customer communications.
