Integrity Connect Appoints New Sales and Project Manager

We are pleased to announce Integrity Connect’s appointment of James Fray to the new role of Sales and Project Manager. James has been with Integrity Connect since 2015 and has experience in both Operations and Client Services as well as being a qualified Prince2 practitioner.

In his new role, James will bring focus to the on-boarding process for new clients to Connect’s hybrid mail and virtual post room services. He will also be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition of new clients from the Business Development Team to the Account Management Team. In addition he will use his project management experience to support the increasing number of new business wins that are being secured by the Integrity Communications Group and involve multi-site production.

Reporting directly to Andrew Law, Sales & Marketing Director, James will work closely with a number of Integrity Connect’s key accounts to ensure they are benefiting from the full suite of customer communication services on offer. Andrew commented “ I am really pleased to have James as part of the team. He is an excellent communicator who manages projects with rigour and purpose. His expertise and enthusiasm will play a key part in helping deliver the sales growth we are achieving at Connect, as well as ensuring we have a joined up approach to Group sales opportunities”.
